I am supporting a well-established business with their search for a HR Officer to join their ever-expanding team in Milton Keynes. They work in the telecoms and communication field, and can offer you stability in a flourishing industry.
The role is due to continued growth and they are looking for a well organised, ambitious individual to develop and support the HR function within the business.
The Role
Manage the recruitment process for the business from start to finish including onboarding process for new starters
Record all employee related records (holidays, sickness, appraisals, contracts, return to work etc)
Manage any ad-hoc HR related issues with employess
Prepare documentation for payroll and support with monthly processing cycle
Plan and deliver HR training to staff
Support with implementation of new HR systemAbout You
Punctual with outstanding communication skills
Organised with excellent attention to detail
Good understanding of employee legislation, data protection and GDPR
Ability to multi task and work to tight deadlines
Excellent knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft systemsBenefits
