HR MANAGER REQUIRED *** 
 
Interaction Recruitment are currently working on behalf of a dynamic and exciting well-established business and recognisable named business based in Milton Keynes. Our client is based just outside of the city centre (so no traffic in the morning!!!), in a modern and well-equipped contact centre (Subsidised cafe and vending machines). 
  
The role of a HR Manager 
 
· Leads the Human Resources team in Milton Keynes, coaching and supporting team members. 
· Works in partnership with leaders and line managers in relation to resourcing, employee relations, compensation and benefits, learning and development, leadership development and succession. 
· Expected to demonstrate a powerful leadership role in developing an engagement culture throughout the Company. 
· Assists the Senior Director, Human Resources with initiatives as required. 
 
Essential Functions of the HR Manager: 
 
· Manage a small HR team and coordinate a range of initiatives through the broader HR function. 
· Attract and retain talent in a competitive market for specialist skills. 
· Advise business leaders on the people implications of business initiatives, projects, policies and procedures. 
· Coach line managers to develop their people management capability. 
· Partner with senior line management to lead and facilitate change initiatives as required. 
· Produce and analyse management information for the business.

HR Manager Requirements: 
 
· CIPD level 7 or equivalent 
· Experience of managing and developing a small HR and recruitment team 
· Proven ability to consult with external third parties such as clients and auditors 
· Managing and analyse budget data information
