Our client, is a public distance Learning & Research University and one of the biggest universities in the UK for undergraduate education.
They are looking to recruit an HR Management Administrator to join them in their People Services Team. This role is to start asap until 31st July 2022, working 37hrs a week and paying £12.21ph.
This role will be working from home with possible visits to work in the office in Milton Keynes, following Government guidelines. Equipment will be supplied.
About the Role
To maintain the integrity of the organisation structure within the People Services System and all related data.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain organisation data on the People Services System in line with agreed governance
Update structures and hierarchies as the organisation changes and maintain records of all changes made and requested
Flag positions as vacant, and monitor structures for long term vacancies, reporting on and removing these where required to maintain an up to date structure
Monitor, identify and drive updates to data anomalies on the HR System, liaising with the wider HR teams where required
Create position templates with job and position data storedSkills and Experience
Proven practical computing experience in the use of HR systems and MS office based systems (SAP Success Factors desired)
Understanding of organisational design and department structures
