A fantastic opportunity to be the company HR Representative, providing support and ensure that HR legislation is followed at all times in both the Milton Keynes office and other sites in the UK when required. To also support the HR & Payroll Administrator in payroll, HR administration tasks. This role would suit someone who is looking for a career progression within the company. A flexible approach and willingness to help is key:

Provide first level advice and support to staff and managers on company policies and processes.
Maintain personnel records including the filing of all personal documentation
Conduct annual reviews for all benefit packages, suggest new initiatives and inform staff of any premium increases and changes to the scheme
Conduct exit interviews with staff and process leavers alongside the HR & Payroll administrator
Manage and maintain all recruitment for the Milton Keynes office , including attending first stage interviews
Provide support to the HR & Payroll administrator on all monthly/quarterly/annual reports for HQ submission
Provide top management with insightful data on salary bench marking, pension reviews, benefit allocation to staff etc.
Review and set the HR budget on an annual basis while also being aware of budgetary restraints
Update the Staff Handbook as and when required
Provide leadership and management for HR projects
Provide advice and support at all levels within the organisation, maintaining good employee relations through knowledge of the organisation and an understanding of its objectives
To minute/chair meetings such as grievance and disciplinary or any other meeting where a note taker is required
Comply with all GDPR aspects for recruitment
Monitor HR statistics including recruitment, sickness, lateness, annual leave etc.
Carry out general HR administration tasksSkills and Experience required :

Previous HR Experience in a generalist role ideally

Understanding of payroll processes

Worked in an advisory capacity

CIPD level 3 or 5
