PERMANENT HR GENERALIST – SALARY NEGOTIABLE – MILTON KEYNES

Stand a lone role but reporting into the HR Director you will be required on a daily basis to be involved in the following daily duties:
* Advise managers on HR policies and procedures including discipline, grievance and absence within company guidelines
* Ensure that all HR activities comply with employment legislation
* Be involved in recruitment and selection process
* Maintain confidential files
* Suggest/initiate improvements that will benefit the performance of sites and employee engagement
* Keep up to date with employment legislation
* Liaise with senior management
What we need from you:-
* Experience as a HR Advisor or HR Manager in a stand a lone role or comparable
* CIPD level 5 or similar
* Be used to a fast paced reactive environment
