Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking an HR Generalist based in Milton Keynes for a prestigious manufacturing company. This role is to cover maternity leave and an immediate start is required.

As the HR Generalist your role will involve the following important duties:

Provide HR Advice on the full range of activities including employee relations and recruitment
Advise Managers on employee relations and legal matters, HR policy and procedure
Facilitate meetings/hearings relating to investigations, disciplinary and performance monitoring
Complete the full recruitment and selection process including onboarding and induction
The experience required…

As a successful HR Generalist, you will have the following:

2 years' generalist HR experience and CIPD qualifications OR if no CIPD qualification, then 4-5 years generalist HR experience
Ideally from a manufacturing/ production environment
Recruitment experience is essential

Experienced and confident with dealing with ER issues
Able to start within one week

Salary: £30-35k pro rata

Location: Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: Maternity cover for 9-12 months, Full time
Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday – Friday
