HR Co-ordinator / PA to MD
12-month Fixed Term Contract (may be extended – maternity cover)
Must be able to start work between 4th and 10th May 2021 – please note this is an office based role.
A stand-alone role locally; responsible for the daily operations of the company’s Human Resources Department reporting directly into the Managing Director.
HR Co-ordination
* Facilitate the HR administrative processes for employees locally
* Maintain HR records and HRM System (maintain HR documentation and templates)
* Timely reporting of personnel data to Global HR as requested
* Liaise with managers and recruitment agencies concerning recruitment needs; processing offer letters, and contracts accordingly
* Ensure HR practices are in line with the company's GDPR policy
* Administering employee benefit schemes including healthcare, pension and managing annual renewals
* Assisting with probationary review's, performance review's and the termination processes
* Providing HR advice to managers and employees in all personnel issues and processes
* Support line managers with any disciplinary and grievances
* Monitor sickness levels and liaise with line managers and/or directors where appropriate
* Keep the employment handbook up to date with local legislation, changes to employment law and company policies
* Manage the HR process for starters and leavers (including onboarding and inductions)
* Manage company reward and recognition scheme
Other
* Support Managing Director with administrative tasks and PA duties including; booking commuting flights, completing monthly expenses, making all business travel bookings and any other ad hoc requests
* Organise company events and meetings
* Liaise with internal IT regarding set up for new starters and restrictions upon departures
To be considered you should have experience working in a stand-alone role:
* CIPD Level 3 or equivalent – minimum
* CIPD Level 5 or equivalent – ideal
* High-level; social competence, stakeholder engagement, communication, and conflict management skills
* High degree of reliability, responsibility, independence, resilience
* Very good verbal and written communication skills in English
* Maintaining knowledge of current employment laws
* Commercial awareness
* Great customer service skills
* Innovative thinker
* Team player with excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills
* Energetic, flexible, collaborative and proactive personality
Working Monday to Friday 37.5 Week, 9am – 5pm with 30 min lunch. Free parking (additional benefits after 6 months).
