A major global organisation in the automotive industry are seeking an HR Business Partner to join their team for their UK operations. The organisation is undergoing exciting transformation in the electrification of vehicles, customer service and sustainability.  This is a full business partner role having responsibility for three business areas and operating at executive director level.  The role is offering a base salary of £70,000 – £75,000 base, plus bonus and a gold standard benefits package.     

Remote and flexible working is available.  

As a HR Business Partner you will:

Collaborate with business leaders to understand the key business objectives and develop and deliver appropriate strategies and actions to support these, adding high value to the business. 
Provide generalist coaching and advice to managers, development managers and others. 
Provide insight and analysis to the business and measuring the success of HR solutions and services.
Be responsible for compliance with Employment law.

Be responsible for being the diversity and inclusion ambassador within the business, liaising at board level.
Develop the HR contribution to a transforming business and its employees.
We are looking for a HR Business Partner with the following qualifications:

CIPD qualified
Educated to degree level
Psychometrics eg MBTI, TalentQ, SDI (Strengths Development Inventory) etc
We are also looking for the following technical experience:

Medium scale organisation design with close working with a business lead 
Medium scale organisation change deployment 
Strong employment law knowledge and evidence of keeping up to date 
Exposure to another HR discipline outside a generalist role eg Comp & Ben, L&D, recruitment 
Team management 
Clear evidence of managing multiple senior stakeholders with differing requirements 
Diversity & Inclusion ambassador 
HR trends and future changes
Evidence of investment in their own and others’ development
