Care Concern Group is delighted to be growing from strength to strength, which is leading to new job opportunities in our Head Office.
We are currently looking to appoint an HR Assistant on a permanent basis, who is reliable, conscientious, and dedicated to the success of the business.
The HR Assistant will work closely alongside the HR Manager, assisting with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Previous experience as an HR Assistant / Relevant human resources administrative position would be preferred. CIPD would be optional but not a requirement.

The Contract
* Salary between £23,000 – £25,000
* Hours of work: 9am – 5.30pm
* 1 hour for lunch
* Free parking at the office
* 25 days holiday per year plus statutory bank holidays
* Pension scheme
Responsibilities
* Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Manager.
* Compile and update employee records (Hard and soft copies)
* Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (Staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc…)
* Coordinate HR projects (Meetings, training, etc…)
* Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
* Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (Absences, bonus, leaves, etc…)
* Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
* Conduct initial inductions to newly hired employees (Head office base only)
Ideally, we would like someone to be able to join by the end of April / start of May, but we are willing to wait a bit longer for the perfect HR Assistant.
