SF Recruitment are currently seeking a HR Advisor for a 12 month FTC. This role is working with a rapidly growing business and will provide excellent opportunities to further expand your HR knowledge and experience.
Salary: £30,000
Term: 12 month FTC
Hours: 37.5
Office based (may offer 1-2 days working from home) required to travel between the Maidstone and Milton Keynes offices.
Role
– Provide high quality and consistent HR advice to a specific business unit
– Translate HR strategy into clear objectives that are aligned to future needs and goals
– Provide and undertake administrative support and procedures to a wide range of HR activities including, redundancy and outplacement, employee relations, reward issues and terms and conditions of employment
– Supporting the HR Shared Service Team with employee queries, being first point of contact and escalating where necessary to the Chief HR Officer
– Handling own complex employee relations
– Generate HR correspondence to internal and external stakeholders.
Required
– Excellent MS Office knowledge
– Working towards being CIPD qualified, Graduate or Membership status
– Establish effective relationships
– Ideally operated within multisite environment
– Experience of handling complex ER cases
