The Opportunity
The successful candidate will be joining an HR team in the midst of a turbulent period; however these challenges represent a real opportunity for somebody with the right attitude and desire to learn to develop new skills.
Location (s):
Milton Keynes, Bletchley, Bedford, Northampton
Role and Responsibilities:
Manage employee absences as well as providing detailed and accurate reports surrounding absence issues.
Be involved in disciplinary and grievance procedures.
Drive employee engagement in line with the company's policies and values.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will be confident and self-motivated with the desire to learn new skills while growing their career in HR.
This role will have challenges but, for the right person, will offer the opportunity to learn a number of new skills and grow your career in a booming industry.
Essentials
CIPD level 5 or above.
Ability to work on your own initiative
Previous experience in a HR role
Desirable
Experience with redundancies, leading interviews or implementing new systems would be very beneficial
Experience with Bamboo HR.
