They are currently going through a period of change with a number of projects and looking for a HR Advisor to support on a 12 month full time contract. This role will be a mixture of working from home and in the office, some days will be based in their office in Milton Keynes and London.
This is a new position working alongside one of their HR Business Partners, supporting with first line HR advice and giving guidance on all HR topics. You will be helping shape and implement people strategies and activities. You will be assisting with any challenges the business may have and making effective improvements.
This role is supporting the restructures and transformation projects team within IT, legal and finance, experience within these areas would be advantageous. A background within a HR Advisor role is essential, with a 'can do' attitude. You would be a team player and happy to help where ever is needed and have a want to help the business.
