HR Advisor – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside their client, professionals within the legal sector, to recruit a HR advisor within one of their specialist business units which is all about people development and high performing individuals.

Just some of the responsibilities within the positions will consist of:

Supporting and coaching line managers with any people related issues,
Providing quality advice, leading and managing ER matters,
Working closely with hiring managers and the recruitment team; ensuring sourcing and on boarding is a great people experience
Leading and / or supporting on wider business initiatives and projects
Continuously driving forward the people experience in everything we do
Leading and / or supporting with organisational changes, handling any contentious correspondence / agreements
Supporting with annual activities such as promotions, pay reviews and incentive plans
Translating data analysis into tangible proposals and outcomes – absence, turnover, stability, reward & benefits
Building trusted relationshipsDue to the nature of this position, it is essential that you have considerable experience with case management, and a minimum of 1 year in a similar advisory role.

It would be preferable for the successful candidate to be based from the Birmingham office, however there is scope to be based out of any of their larger regional offices and the client would consider candidates that are able to travel to one of the following locations:

Leicester
Milton Keynes
Nottingham
Solihull
Sheffield
