HR Advisor

12 month FTC

£35,000 per annum + Benefits

Milton Keynes

Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking to join a friendly team within a global organisation? If so, we have the opportunity just for you. The role will largely involve working from home but may also require you to travel to the offices in London and Milton Keynes. You will work with the relevant business areas, supporting Line Managers to provide HR advice and carry out the necessary HR activities. Knowledge and experience across the people agenda and of implementing employment law, as well as providing operational insight would be of great benefit in this role.

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience in supporting and leading projects and implementing new initiatives.
Knowledge of relevant employment law, HR policies and procedures and best practice.
Ability to use a HR information system including, accessing, inputting, and compiling data.
The ability to research, analyse and reason logically within tight and conflicting timeframes.
Ability to identify development needs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to support succinct correspondence and reporting and communicate with a diverse community.
Approachable and personable with good active listening skills, an open mind and empathetic, whilst still able to be firm when required.
