Our client has a vacancy for a HR Administrator to undertake duties concerned with the business administration on behalf of the Human Resources Department. This is offered as a 3 to 6 month fixed term contract. Both full and part time hours will be considered. You will need to be well organised, self-motivated, proactive and have previous experience in a similar role.
The role
* Sickness Absence recording
* Taking phone massages
* Logging absence on PeopleHR
* Emailing managers of absence
* Pass call back requests to HR team
* Training
* Bringing training records up to date and maintaining database
* Booking training, completing PO’s etc.
* Onboarding Admin
* Once an offer is made to a candidate complete the admin
* Contract pack
* Welcome pack
* Internal notifications
* Induction arranging
* Timetable
* Booking appointment for new starter
* Induction documentation
* Recording on PHR
* Feedback sheet collected and logged
* Book Probation Meetings
* Liaise with agencies for booking of interviews
* Book TEAMs call or ZOOM
* Manage the HR email Inbox
* Take notes at meeting for HR team
