Come join my client, a professional services firm right in the heart of MK, on a 6 month fixed term contract (with potential to extend to 12 months).
You will be providing a comprehensive HR administration service across all HR systems, policy and documentation, over the full employee lifecycle.
This role would suit a highly organised and effective HR professional, who loves a really strong process and ensuring the HR department runs smoothly.
Location: Milton Keynes – commutable from Bedford, Northampton, Luton, Buckingham, Aylesbury, Dunstable, Banbury, etc.
Salary: £25,000
Benefits: Pension, 25 Days' Holiday (+ Bank Hols)
Flexible hours are available to suit you between 30 – 35 hours per week, with flexible start / finish times available and the option to work from home 1-2 days per week.
This role would work really well around childcare commitments / school hours, a second job, or even someone looking to take things easy and reduce their hours.
All we ask from you is that you bring your HR A-Game! You should be diligent, accurate, and have experience working with a variety of electronic & paper based HR systems.
It's important you've had some good HR experience, as you'll be amending contracts and policies, updating systems, collating data and creating reports.
