Our client has a full time vacancy for a HR Administrator to provide recruitment support, ensuring
customer service excellence and best practice is integrated into all activities.
Recruitment Campaigns
Managing and coordinating own recruitment campaigns to include, but not limited to;
* advertising
* dispatching information to and communicating with applicants
* arranging interviews
* administering psychometric tests
* issuing offers
* sending unsuccessful correspondence
* taking up references
* arranging Occupational Health Clearance
* compiling HR induction plans
* diversity monitoring
* provide training and support to recruiting managers on e-Recruiter (online recruitment system)
* setting up file on HR database
* provide initial support and advice to individuals on immigration issues as part of the recruitment process (with the support of HR Compliance)
* Raising and issuing temporary and casual contracts; and other admin activities as required
General HR Duties
Receive visitors to the reception, take telephone calls/email enquiries, answering queries or resolving problems as required, maintaining a high level of customer service, provide cover for other members of the recruitment team in their absence, manage the HR Inboxes on a rota with the team
Requirements
Good standard of education.
Minimum GCSE C grade (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
Comprehensive administrative experience.
Experience of working to deadlines in a busy customer focused environment.
Experience in a customer facing role
Minute taking.
Knowledge of or keen interest in recruitment processes and practices.
Knowledge of the legal framework governing contracts, discrimination and data protection etc.
Able to plan and organise to meet deadlines
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Good verbal and written communication skills.
IT literate. Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer focused with the ability to support the client relationship between HR, recruiting managers and wider business.
