Responsibilities
Responsible for the day to day enquiries received from employees and the management of the UKHR Inbox.
The processing of all employee information to deadlines ensuring compliance with the companies policy i.e. new starter and leaver documents and contracts of employment.
Administration of all Company Benefits including Company Cars, Pensions and Healthcare
Administration of departmental purchasing using SAP or associated systems.
Administrative support of Company‘s employment policies including maternity, recruitment, absence, training and development.
To ensure all data records are compliant with GDPR.
To manage the incoming and outgoing post and to support the wider function with regards to this.
To maintain HR intranet information via Workplace.
To assist with any ad-hoc projects as and when they arise. Experience Required
Previous experience in an HR position
An academic HR background is desirable
HRIS Workday experience is desirable but not essential
Experience of using SAP
