Salary: £11.50 per hour

HRIS This role is varied and busy. No two days will be the same and you will learn from experts in their field while enjoying the benefits of working alongside some amazing people with a great collaborative and inclusive culture.
Responsibilities will include:
Maintaining employee hardcopy files
Inputting employee personal data in the HRIS database
Process forms relating to documenting HR activities i.e New Hires, Changes of Status, Performance Evaluations, Benefits & Terminations
Conducting new-hire orientations.
Prepare special reports (where required) such as insurance, COBRA, OSHA, affirmative action and headcounts using the HRIS.
Provide information to employees on matters pertaining to their personal employee information.
Assist with writing job descriptions.
Facilitate employee training and be involved in needs assessments and recommendations.
Conduct employee exit interviews and tally general statistics including headcount tracking.
Write, edit and review internal communication documents and programs that support the HR function.
Edit and enhance internal communication materials, including, newsletter, emails/memos.
Review and edit essential internal communications prior to distribution to ensure accuracy, clarity, and appropriateness. Skills & Experience:
Communication skills – You will need to be a clear and confident communicator – written and verbal with an excellent command of the English language.
Administration skills – The ability to multi-task and prioritise high volumes of work and requests are very important.
HR knowledge – Experience of working within an HR team is desirable and a high level of confidentiality is required for this role.
Industry/Business Sector – Experience of working in large corporates within the tech sector is desirable but demonstrable experience of managing high volumes of work within any HR function will be considered.
Confidence – Self motivated, ability to confidently deal with issues, happy to work remotely from others in the team and keen to collaborate and share ideas is important to the success of this role
