Our Client is a Services Consultancy company and they are looking for a Head of HR to join their team.
The successful candidate will be driven, responsible for planning and driving the HR Strategy and have experience in Commercial HR.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop an HR Strategy to support business growth both within the UK and influence HR globally
* Ensure we have an HR framework that supports the Company’s ethos and growth ambitions
* Work closely with colleagues globally to develop and embed a desired culture across the organisation, taking the lead in the UK
* Provide expertise on all people policies, terms and conditions of employment, HR processes, employee relations issues and employment law
* Work with external partners to support employees in locations outside of the UK
* Ensure audits/reviews are undertaken of all HR related documentation, HR processes and employee data, ensuring they are legally compliant
* Lead the Talent Acquisition process, ensuring our employment value proposition is competitive and we have developed a pipeline of quality candidates
* Manage the reward and recognition schemes, ensuring they drive the right behaviours in line with organisational culture and business objectives as well as supporting career development
Requirements
* Level 7 CIPD or significant experience gained in a senior, generalist HR role
* Previous experience in a standalone HR role is beneficial
* Previous experience of supporting change management, organisational improvement and employee engagement projects
* High level of employment law knowledge, always keeping up to date with changes to legislation
* Good all-round competencies in MS 365 applications.
