Responsibilities:
Working on a high number of ER cases
Resolving and responding to ER related queries
Working alongside other ER Specialists and HR Helpdesk to provide clarity and support to managers
Coach Managers on area's such as – performance management, disciplinary, grievance, whistle-blowing, absence management, diversity and tribunals
Implement any changes to policies and procedures
Look at ways to improve the support and service employees receive
Gather information, manage and coordinate all activityExperience and Skills required:
Previously worked in an employee relations role managing a high volume of cases
Experience influencing stakeholders
Ability to push back if necessary
Has excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Has great attention to detail
