The Dunbar Education Group is the best education recruitment agency in Milton Keynes, and maybe the world! (There, we said it) We specialise in placing teacher and support staff throughout London and the Home Counties.

Formed in 2016, Dunbar has grown from a team of two to sixteen. We are a fun, forward-thinking and ambitious company with big plans for growth in the next five years and beyond.

We pride ourselves on the development and well-being of our staff and operate on a 4.5 day working week. We want our team to develop and progress in a hard-working but fun environment!

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant at Dunbar Education, you will be 360 consultant, working with both candidates and clients to ensure the delivery of an outstanding service to our schools.

In addition to working with our fantastic existing client schools, you will be required to win new business through sales calls and meetings.

You will also be will be responsible for bringing new candidates into the company, as well as working on live jobs and submitting candidates to your school’s roles.

Duties Include

The Person

To be successful in this role you will be outgoing and personable, with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed. It is important to have excellent organisational skills, be self-motivated, resilient and ambitious.

You will need excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will need to be confident speaking to both candidates and clients, face-to-face and on the phone.

We are ideally looking for candidates with recruitment or sales experience. However, we will consider other exceptional applications and your attitude is the most important thing.
