We are looking for someone to join the newest and brightest education recruitment agency in Milton Keynes!
Dunbar Education is looking for experienced recruitment consultants to join our team in our Milton Keynes office. As a relatively new company, we are a fast-growing business with a forward-thinking and modern outlook on working life and recruitment as a whole.
What we do
At Dunbar, we recruit for Primary and Secondary teachers from the UK and Overseas for short term, long term and permanent positions within schools based locally and throughout the South of England.
The Role
You will be involved in every step of the recruitment process and will be rewarded with a competitive commission structure from day one. Summary of roles below.
* Registering and interviewing candidates
* Resourcing for candidates for live jobs
* Writing job ads
* Business development
* Marketing emails
* Posting on Social Media
* Candidate management

The Person
To be considered for this post you will be an outgoing and personable character with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed. You will be confident speaking with both clients and candidates on the phone as well as have basic computer skills. We are ideally looking for people with minium or 1-year recruitment experience.
