We are looking for up to 3 Recruitment Consultants who are already specialising within the Locum Doctors recruitment market. Our client has planned well during all things Covid and while many competitors are making redudnancies; this organisation is growing.

The team is experienced, great fun and keen to welcome new starters. We have worked with the team for years directly so will be able to offer lots of insight to help you postion interest.

This role could add value to the following Recruiters:

* A Recruiter with 12 months experience in a Doctors market.

* An individual on Furlogh or at risk of redundancy

* A Trainee Recruitment Consultant who feels their current company is holding them back from progression

The culture here is all about fun and hard work, you won't be set within a Call Centre culture and will be able to work in your own style. Working hours are Monday to Friday without an expectation to be at your desk for 12 hours per day. Commission is paid monthly and you'll have access to all major frameworks.
