About the role:
As our Corporate Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for various aspects of pre-screening, telephone screening and conducting candidate assessments in order to achieve the company’s recruitment targets.
Main responsibilities of our Corporate Recruiter:
Screening candidate application materials, such as cover letters, employment applications and CVs, etc
Sourcing job boards and cold calling passive candidates to build a database of potential candidates for hard-to-fill positions
Conducting telephone interviews to identify applicants who meet the requisite skills and qualifications for moving forward in the selection process
Inputting and maintaining accurate candidate information within the applicant tracking system
Understanding and interpreting job requirements, incorporating the company culture as a compelling selling point for candidates
Liaising with recruitment agencies regarding candidate submissions, interviews, feedback, etc
Monitoring recruitment inbox
Facilitating assessment days and interviews including preparation of materials
Communicating regularly with HR Manager, Corporate Recruiter Specialist and Operations to provide status updates and determine the effectiveness of recruiting campaign
Communicating with candidates/agencies to make initial employment offers and discuss start dates
Providing timely feedback to unsuccessful candidates, either directly or via agency
Maintaining confidentiality
What we’re looking for in our Corporate Recruiter:
A minimum of 12 months service
A good understanding of the various departments within TMS and their differences
First-class communication skills with a high standard of written and verbal communication
Resilience and motivation
Strong attention to detail/Quality orientation
The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines coupled with knowledge of target driven environments
The ability to plan and organise, with an adaptable and flexible approach to work
