Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Consultant to join their team based in Luton or Milton Keynes. You will join them on a full time, permanent basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary.

About the role:

The Compliance Consultant will be responsible for compiling all documents related to the candidate and escalating any issues with the compliance of candidates to the Group Head of Quality & Compliance.

The role ensures that all candidates are compliant with all rules and regulations to meet specific client needs.

Key responsibilities of their Compliance Consultant:

Support the Quality & Compliance Manager

Being the face of the company with responsibility for the delivery of a first-class compliance services to our candidates

Maintain the Company CRM system relating to Celsus Group Acute Doctors / Nurses and AHP’s to ensure they are eligible to carry out their duties by reason of professional registration, inclusion of Medical Professional Indemnity cover, etc.

Keeping an accurate record of any notes, telephone contacts with candidates using the company CRM

What they’re looking for in their Compliance Consultant:

Previous Customer Service or Administrative experience

1 year minimum work experience with UK National Framework compliance (CPP, HTE and CCS)

Excellent communication skills both written and oral

Be able to achieve high customer satisfaction

Have good organisational skills

The ability to work well under pressure and hit deadlines.

Take instruction well and carry them out

Have strong IT System Skills

Have strong attention to detail

Be able to work with teams or groups

Be able to take direction but also show initiative and be self-motivated

Be enthusiastic and dependable

Be focused and goal oriented
