Dunbar Education is an established, specialist Education recruitment agency. We currently have an exciting new role to join the Dunbar family for a Candidate Resourcer position within our Milton Keynes office. We are a fast-growing business with a forward thinking, modern ethos that offers great company benefits.
What we do
At Dunbar, we recruit for Primary and Secondary Teachers and Education Specialists from the UK and Overseas for long term, day2day and permanent positions. We work with schools in the South of England, London and the home counties.
The Role
As a candidate resourcer you will be involved with the sourcing of the best candidates and helping to manage them through the whole job application process. You will play a huge part in the entire recruitment process and will be rewarded with a competitive commission structure from day one.

The Person
To be considered for this post you will be an outgoing and personable character with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed. You will thrive working independently and as part of a team to join our close workforce. You will be confident speaking with candidates on the phone as well as having basic computer skills. Strong writing skills will also benefit this role as marketing emails and writing job adverts will be a main part of the role.
