The Role:
As a Business Manager, you will lead your own recruitment business, and evidence a successful operational billing background. You will be required to build your own team of Consultants, overseeing operational and new business management of your sector. You will also develop and manage your recruiters, taking responsibility for a P&L and growing existing and new business.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Successful career history gained through the recruitment industry
* Manage effectively and operate within a multi sector operation, as well having the ability to deliver results on a consistent basis.
* Successful proven history of new business development
* Relevant Sector expertise; Driving, Industrial, Commercial, Construction & Manufacturing
* A Proven background in client retention and operational management
* Proven experience of managing within a recruitment business, and be able to evidence a successful operational billing background.
* Previous experience of developing and managing recruiters, taking responsibility for a P&L and growing existing and new business are all essentials for this role.
