Business Manager, Milton Keynes –   
£30k – £40k base salary (DOE) / commission starting from zero / car allowance or AUDI/BMW / free parking / salary incentives

The Interaction Recruitment Engineering & Technical division has been established   for over five years.

We’re now looking to further expand the   division by establishing our presence in the Milton Keynes area.  To launch this operation, we are looking for a senior recruiter who is looking to take their next career step to a Business Manager position that blends both fee earning and building a team around them to build a credible and successful operation.

As we recruit across the full engineering & technical market you should be as equally confident at recruiting senior level positions as you will lower level roles.

Ideally, you will be a specialist 360 engineering recruiter looking to take that next step or at least an experienced recruiter within a specialist sector who has led/supported a team.
