A brand new role within GCS Recruitment has been created for an experienced 360 recruiter to join the commercial team.

GCS has been one of the most exciting and developing recruitment companies in the past 12 months. The business has grown significantly in both its GP and its office locations. Our latest developments have taken the business to an International platform and our business has grown based on the energy and passion of its team.

Due to this growth, I am now seeking to hire a true Business Developer who can utilise our office network and win new business supporting the white collar Technology sector. The role is to create new opportunity but still utilising existing accounts to grow our opportunities of exclusive business.

The individual I seek will have come from a 360 recruitment role and have experience at dealing at board level and have the confidence to open doors at a larger scale in both contract and permanent opportunity wins, an individual who has worked in the defence market would be highly beneficial.
The role will be remote but ideally able to get into any of our UK offices and able to travel to client sites.
