My client is a forward thinking independent recruiter who have 35 plus branches across the UK, my client likes to operate with intergrity and values and this is demonstrated throughout the culture of the organisation
They have an established branch in Milton Keynes and due to securing business and some large contracts they now have an opportunity for either an experienced Branch Manager who has Industrial, Manufacturing, Technical and Engineering or a Commercial sector background or a Senior Recruitment Consultant who is seeking their first management role within the recruitment industry.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a strong recruitment management background in either Industrial, Technical and Enginnering, Commercial, Manufacturing or a niche sector.
As a billing recruitment Branch Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing your team of consultants and to continue growing and developing the branch to its full potential with the full support and guidance of the Directors behind you.
The person they are seeking will thrive from leading by example and will be responsible for driving the branch to exceed targets . It is important that you possess the skills to motivate, inspire and develop a team of Recruitment Consultants around you.

Experience Required
* A successful career within the recruitment industry as a billing branch or an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant that is seeking their first management role
* Confident and resilient personality
* Great organisational and management skills and a flawless work ethic
* Strong communication skills
* Knowledge of high street recruitment or a niche sector
* A desire to succeed and to grow your own branch and recruit a team of consultants around you.
