TechNet IT Recruitment is looking for a driven IT Recruitment Delivery Specialist to join our busy Client Services team. The CS team focuses on delivery and sourcing top talent rather than business development itself. If you’re an Account Manager or 360 Consultant looking to transition away from business development, this is a great role to suit you.
In this position you’ll be first point of contact for some amazing and exciting clients delivering on their roles, consulting, influencing, and building relationships. You’ll be growing your accounts and generating new streams of revenue within existing accounts leveraging your relationships to do so. You’ll also have the opportunity to hand out roles from your clients to your team and help them to manage the process as the client liaison.

To be considered for the role you need to have:
* Proven experience in agency/internal recruitment
* Experience managing accounts – objection handling, influencing/consulting and developing
* A strong work ethic and determination to succeed
* Big personality- You are a confident and clear communicator and enjoy speaking to people
* Degree educated (Desirable)
