Job title: Team Leader (Account Manager)
Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm
What we’re looking for:
TXM Talent Solutions now have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager who will provide effective high-level recruitment and management support to run an Account solution on behalf of a major Transport client.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a recruitment environment within the Engineering sector. There is also a requirement to have strong internal / external stakeholder management skills and demonstrate attention to detail when working with the transport and rail compliance.
Key responsibilities (but not limited to):
Client Stakeholder management – developing crucial client relationships across all business areas
Recruitment support for the team in terms of resourcing
Contractor involvement / contractor service calls
Pro-active contractor recruitment planning / future planning for the business
Reporting (to both TXM Recruit and client) attend monthly service performance meetings
Attend compliance meetings onsite with the client
Manage the end to end recruitment process from job take on to offer and on-boarding
Responsible for candidate and contractor management
Attend and present at TXM Recruit monthly Platinum accounts meetings
