360 Billing Recruitment Consultant – any sector

£25,000 – £28,000 basic per annum plus one of the best commission structures in the industry

THE COMPANY

My client is a large independent high street recruiter who have been established for 30 years plus and they have more than 40 offices around the UK, they operate within the Industrial, Healthcare, Driving, Construction, Engineering, Perms Executive and many other sector's and now have an opportunity for an experienced 360 recruiter to join their very busy established Milton Keynes branch.

THE ROLE

Reporting into the Branch Manager you will be responsible for developing your own desk/division within your desired sector temps or perms as well as working with existing clients and identifying new clients to maximise business potential.

Driving recruitment activity by developing recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates and conducting face to face interviews.

Developing key retention strategies to ensure continuity and service excellence to their client base.

Implementing business strategy around your vertical market and developing knowledge and expertise within that sector.

THE CANDIDATE

The successful individual MUST be a strong business developer and be seeking a new challenge to build and develop their own desk/division within their chosen sector. As such my client are seeking likeminded individuals that have a huge passion for recruitment and a desire to exceed client and candidate expectations .
