Warehouse Team Leader

Blakelands, Milton Keynes

£21000 per annum

Monday to Friday (7.5 hour days between 8am at 5:30pm)

Working for a prestigious brand name your role will managing a team of 8 colleagues to deliver a first class service. You will support the booking in of repairs, pick spare parts and pack items. You will provide line management to the team, coordinating workloads and providing support to ensure KPIs and quality standards are met to deliver a great service to our customers.

Responsibilities

To manage a team of 8 warehouse colleagues to ensure the daily tasks are being done.
To assist in picking spare parts accurately for the workshop technicians.
To maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment, ensuring staff maintains health and safety procedures.
To coordinate staff and workload in all aspects of workflow including picking/packing and booking in to ensure all dealt with in a timely manner.
To ensure packing is completed maintaining the department repair KPI.
To monitor and review the performance of the staff within the team in order to make sure that they are working in a correct and efficient manner.
Ensure performance data from team is collated and reported on.Experience
