Warehouse Team Leader

Milton Keynes

£21000 per annum

Working for a prestigious brand name your role will be to book in repairs, pick spare parts and pack items. You will provide line management to the team, coordinating workloads and providing support to ensure KPIs and quality standards are met to meet the requirements of our customers.

Responsibilities

To pick spare parts accurately for the workshop technicians in a timely manner so that there are no delays to the repairs that they are doing.
To maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment, ensuring staff maintains health and safety procedures.
To coordinate staff and workload in all aspects of workflow including picking/packing and booking in to ensure all dealt with in a timely manner.
To ensure packing is completed maintaining the department repair KPI.
To monitor and review the performance of the staff within the team in order to make sure that they are working in a correct and efficient manner.
Ensure performance data from team is collated and reported on.Experience
