After a highly successful year, they are looking to continue their expansion and add a highly talented Warehouse Supervisor to their Milton Keynes depot and come in to lead and motivate a hungry workforce of Warehouse Operatives.

Description

As a Warehouse Supervisor based in Milton Keynes you will be reporting directly to the Operations Manager and leading a team of 20-30 heads. Additional responsibilities will include:

Ensure that high levels of internal and external customer care are maintained by the shift
Develop staff for succession through coaching, delegation and feedback
Comply with all relevant Health, Safety and Security Regulations
Conduct appraisals and disciplinarians with direct reports on a regular basis
Effectively communicate with the transport department to ensure the smooth running of goods in and out operationProfile

The successful Warehouse Supervisor based in Milton Keynes will come with the following skillset:

Previous warehouse experience is essential
Previous experience leading teams in a warehousing background is highly desirable
Experience working within a parcels environment is desirable but not essential – alternative backgrounds are welcome
Great communication and leadership qualities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and busy environmentJob Offer

£35k-£38k basic salary
Annual bonus dependent on company performance
