Seeking a Warehouse Supervisor within the Goods In department, with an immediate start, for one of our well-established client in the Milton Keynes area.

The key skills they are looking for in this person are people management skills. It is an extremely reactive environment where their business is based on day to day actions, so it is imperative that the production and warehouse team are working well so the business can deliver.

Basic duties:-

Ensuring that all outbound delivery vehicles are loaded in time to meet demands of the transport plan
Planning and organising staff task and shift rotas
Management of the production staff
Producing management information reports
Carrying out staff appraisals
Identify and communicate to the Production Manager any training requirements
Overseeing the day to day operations of the warehouse
Oversee stock movements and ensure they have been correctly recorded
Manage and monitor warehouse staff on a daily basis and feedback results to all key stakeholders Ideally this candidate will have:-

People Management Skills
Organisational skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication
PC Literate
Financial awareness
Awareness of Quality requirements
Works completed to programme track record
Interpersonal skills
Goods in experienceHours:

Monday to Friday

06:00 – 15:00
