K&D are working with a local telecoms company in High Wycombe and due to ongoing growth they now seek a permanent warehouse team member to join a small team.

The work isn't heavy lifting and would suit someone who is used to repetitive work and working to detail. You will be sitting down at a work station all day and will be working to set targets, getting the order correct is more important that speed so concentration is a key requirement.

The salary start at £19k and the hours are Monday to Friday 9-6, 30 mins for lunch and two ten minute tea break. The working environment is a friendly, clean and well organised. You will be working to worksheet instruction so good understanding of English is required.

The Production Operative is to sort LCD jobs when they arrive into the warehouse taking out scrap and counting the LCD`s, to also record the time used against the task.

To test LCD`s and accurately print labels and record data, to also record time used against the task. To assist with the re-working of stock to specific customer requirements including language change, plug and manual swap for mobile phones.

The production operative gets involved with all parts of the process and manages the temporary staff that assist them. They will also seek targets for the jobs that they are leading in order to meet costs sufficiently. To undertake any reasonable task as outlined by the Manager.
