The Role

Warehouse Operative – Ideal Bathrooms – Milton Keynes

Responsibilities:

Picking with accuracy and care and completing the appropriate paperwork.
Maintaining high standards of health and safety in the workplace.
Ensure that excellent customer service is consistently delivered.
Minimise stock damage whilst ensuring stock availability levels suit the needs of the business.
Develop effective working relationships with operatives on shift.
Ensure Health and Safety audits are completed and passed to the appropriate manager.If you:

Have excellent people management skills and ideally have experience of leading a team.
Possess a good standard of numeracy and literacy abilities.
Can demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Are organised and enthusiastic.
Fork Lift Truck Licence is desirable or able to train
Experience in Warehouse environment
