I am looking for an individual living locally to Aylesbury/ Long Crendon, who is interested in working for an innovative company that pride themselves on their sustainable, natural, high-quality products.

The company have a fantastic ethos, passed down through generations by the organisations founder. They strive to preserve the environment through responsible practices when it comes to sourcing materials for manufacturing.

Please note that this is a permanent position. You will be directly employed by the company and will be required to attended at least one interview before hire.

Salary: £21,000- £22,000

Working days/ hours: Monday to Friday 8.00AM to 5.00PM (40 working hours per week).

Company benefits:

Holiday- 31 days holiday each year (including 8 Bank Holidays and 3 days between Christmas and New Year).
(Other paid days around the Christmas period may be granted depending on where Christmas and New Year fall each year).

Pension- Employees are eligible to join the companies auto-Enrolment pension scheme, from their third month of employment. The Company contributes 8% of Band Earnings (covering both employer and employee minimum contributions). Employees may contribute more if they wish.

Warehouse Operatives duties and responsibilities:

*Assisting with goods in, taking receipt of goods entering the warehouse, cross checking items with delivery notes
*Driving a Counterbalance Forklift
*Unwrapping and breaking down pallets
*Allocating stock to its rightful place within the warehouse, making good use of space and recording the locations on the computerised system
*Picking, packing and preparing orders
*Completing paperwork to ensure the keeping of accurate records
*Working within dispatch/ goods-out, giving instruction to couriers and issuing paperwork
*Interacting with customers, gaining information to support proof of collection and handling cash/cheques
*Assist with checking stock levels/ stock taking
*Preparation and despatch of samples to customers / factories
*General housekeeping/ grounds duties i.e., sweeping car park, cutting grass and weeding

Essential/ desirable criteria

*Forklift licence is essential
*Computer literate (Previous use of/ or basic Excel knowledge is essential)
*Good numeracy
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Customer Service skills
*Attention to detail
