About The Role
In the role of Traffic Management Operative you'll visit sites and help set up traffic management schemes and deal with ongoing traffic issues. You'll promote a positive image of Sunbelt Rentals as you complete all your duties to a high standard in an efficient, customer-focused manner. 
 
The job duties will involve :
Delivery of traffic management equipment to customer sites as per specification
Installation of equipment in line with customer requirements, Sunbelt Rentals standards and legislative guidelines
Ensuring customers are coached on the correct use of the equipment and are able to operate the equipment safely
Collecting equipment from sites once a job has been completed
Checking all returned traffic management equipment and completing relevant supporting documentation
Ensure any lost, stolen or damaged items are documented and reported
Maintaining traffic equipment and carrying out repairs
Working outdoors in all weather conditions

About The Candidate
You'll have a flexible approach to your work and enjoy working as part of a team
A full clean UK driving licence
Sound knowledge of local roads, you'll be a good map reader
Experience of working in a traffic management environment advantageous
A good level of physical fitness to undertake the tasks of the role
Ability to communicate effectively with customers
Willing to undertake relevant training and development
A strong commitment to Health and Safety
Prepared to work overtime and have flexibility to work unsocial hours to meet the needs of the Traffic business.
