Your Role:
In the Technical Manager role you'll report to the General Manager and will be primarily responsible for leading the technical and quality functions to ensure the site produces the highest possible quality of products.

Specific tasks include:
– Looking after all aspects of food safety and product quality on site
– Controlling all technical expenditure in line with agreed budgets
– Providing monthly technical reporting for the site

You'll spend some of your week working on site and some from home. Details around how this will work will be revealed on application.

Your Experience:
To be the right person for Technical Manager role you will need direct experience of of leading strategic projects within a Technical Manager role.

You'll also need to have prior experience of influencing commercial success through management of senior stakeholder relationships.

It's also essential that you've got experience of building and leading successful teams, including facilitating performance management, talent management, and engagement initiatives.

It's important that you have a minimum of Food Safety and HACCP level 3 and the ambition to take their already high standards and strong customer relationships to another level.

The Package:
The package for the Technical Manager role is between £75,000 – £83,000 + benefits
