My client is a leader in the design and manufacture of Test & Measurement equipment. Their solutions are utilised within mobile, broadband, voice and datacoms.

As the Supply Chain Engineer you will ensure that there are no barriers to the companies Contract Electronic Manufacturers and suppliers shipping product on time and in full, to cost, whilst maintaining product quality standards.

The main responsibilities for the role of Supply Chain Engineer:
* Day to day management of companies CEM's and other key suppliers
* Management of the product build standard system
* Updating production/service test specifications as and when required
* Cost control of the product range and accessories through world-wide sourcing

A successful candidate for the Supply Chain Engineer role will have the following:
* HNC in Electronic Engineering or be qualified to degree level
* Experience working within an electronics Production Engineering Department
* Experience in electro – mechanical procurement/purchasing in a global environment
