JOB TITLE: Supply Chain/ Customer Care Representative.

LOCATION: Milton Keynes

SALARY: £27,000 per annum

HOURS: Mon-Friday 09:00am-5:00pm

BENEFITS: Hybrid Working 3 days in office 2 days working from home.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR-

This is an ideal role for someone who is an excellent communicator able to build strong relationships.
Must have acute attention to detail.
Proactively collect Customer Forecast, enter tool, and collaborate with Planning on information relating to demand planning and stock positions and actively participate in demand planning meetings.
Provide support for assigned customers and affiliates to meet order requirements and escalate issues where appropriate.
Day to day communication and collaboration with customers, operations, sales and GBS.
Resolve request for order changes, issues and handle customer complaints and inquiries internally and externally.
Provide coverage and support accounts for other team members as necessary.
Knows how to diffuse a difficult situation and get resolution with the customers.Next steps…
