About the role

STAR EXPERTS are the Mercedes-Benz product specialists and arguably the most important role in the business! As the first point of contact for our customers, you will exceed all expectations and leave a lasting first impression which sets us apart from the rest. Your interpersonal skills and buoyant personality will permeate our front of house service ensuring our customers receive an outstanding experience.

You will learn about our prestige vehicles, as well as the merchandise and services that we offer, which will enable you to provide exceptional service and support our customers in the best possible way. You will act as an interface between sale and service, gaining knowledge and experience in all areas of our business. We promise that every day will be different, you will always be busy and your role will never be boring!
