Excellent role on offer for an experienced Site Supervisor to get involved with a growing construction company in their leading waste management sector.

The company are a fast growing, passionate company based across the East Midlands and East Anglia who specialise in construction and waste management. They have a variety of projects ranging and are known for their expertise.

In this position you will be conducting an array of supervisory activities including compliance of Health, Safety and Environmental factors, working with the Site Manager on improving site productivity, insuring continual training and development of the site team as well as assisting in the day to day running and site operation duties. You will be working in a well-equipped team to complete the supervision of a waste transfer station but also trusted to work autonomously and with a high level of responsibility.

The role would therefore suit someone who is an experienced Site Supervisor in the waste management industry, who has a passion for being a leader and a can-do attitude to oversee site works at a high standard.

The role:
Waste Management Site Supervisor – Milton Keynes
£29,120 – £33,000+ (£14hr for first 40hrs, £15hr for any overtime. Expected to work on average 45hrs a week, overtime available)
20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
Overseeing site operations and staff for a waste management transfer station, including HSEQ
