The role is a 3 month temp to permanent position with further prospects if someone is keen to progress, supporting a busy but friendly Site General Manager

This site administrator role will work on a temp to perm 3 months initial basis and is looking for someone with good administration experience
Description
The Site Administrator Role;
Answering calls for general site enquires
Provide Administration Support to HR & Finance Teams as required
Provide Administration Support to the site Senior Team
Periodically Ordering, Monitoring & Issuing of Uniform
Periodically Ordering, Monitoring & Issuing of Stationery
Coordinate Site Room booking & Hospitality as required
Perform general Office duties including Filing, Photocopying, Scanning, post and other ad hoc duties.Profile
The Succesful Person will need similar site administrator experience and characteristics as listed below;
A Thorough Understanding of Administration Best Practice
Excellent Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Email, PowerPoint)
Must be Comfortable dealing with internal/external suppliers, customers and management
Exceptional communication skills that can be demonstrated at all levels
Good Telephone Manner
Self-Motivated and able to work well a team environment
Positive and flexible attitude to work and hours
