How can you change it up?
We are looking for a pragmatic, energetic and resilient EHS Transformation Lead to provide effective and positive health, safety and environmental support on all current legislation, policies and industry best practice. The EHS Transformation Lead will help to engage and inspire employees to follow and adhere to a high standard of EHS. You'll also;
* Champion the ongoing improvements of CityFibre’s safety, quality and environmental management systems in accordance with the requirements of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
* Conduct gap analysis of existing EHS controls and policy compliance across the organisation, identifying risks and prioritising enhancements
* Deliver training programmes and evaluate effectiveness to ensure employees are competent with regard to their health, safety and environmental duties
* Build and maintain relationships across field services, engineering and network delivery and with external construction partners
What will you bring to the role?
You'll be confident and personable, with the ability to demonstrate an advanced understanding of relevant regulations and how to comply with best practices – ensuring operational efficiency. In addition, you will have;
* Experience in managing a wide variety of stakeholders
* Experience of working within the boundaries of ISO accreditations
* An analytical mindset, building recommendations based on information gathered
* An understanding of how to challenge in a constructive manner to achieve positive outcomes
* A NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety
