Engagement Lead (Agency Support Coordinator)

Candidates must be willing and available to work any 5 days out of 7 – this is likely to include some weekend work.

We are currently recruiting for more Senior Warehouse individuals to join a large retail account, supporting acs Recruitment in implementing and coordinating staff for the peak period.

Duties to include:

Checking in shift arrivals
Reporting absence to Account Manager and Shift Managers
Chasing up no shows
Meeting new starters on first day
Performance management of all agency workers on shift
Management of social distancing of agency workers
Liaising with Shift managers and training team with regards to training
Collecting any overtime hours within shift
Monitoring the absence line
General warehouse duties may be required as the business needs support

The candidate:

Must have previous supervisory experience (ideally in a warehouse environment)
Must be available to start from 12th October
Must be available to work any 5 days out of 7
Excellent communication skills
PC literate INDHP
